Mercy & Justice

Why is Mercy & Justice important to us?

God commands us to care for the poor & the oppressed in Scripture. But our motivation is even deeper than a response to a command. We care about showing mercy to those in need because we recognise that we are no different, if not for the grace of Jesus Christ.

How we think about doing Mercy & Justice at RHC

How you can play a part

Consider what causes are close to your heart (e.g. socially isolated elderly, low-income families, single mothers, etc.) and how God may be calling you to love and serve them.

RHC Needs Group on Facebook

We have an RHC Facebook Needs group for people in RHC who would like to be notified when we learn about practical needs for the less fortunate in our community. Requests for things like clothing, food, housing and other practical items will be sent out as we become aware of them through individuals in our church or NGOs we partner with. We will also send out prayer requests.

Pray with us for our M&J Ministries
